YOGA CLASSES

 Students of all levels are welcome in these breath-led Hatha Vinyasa classes, designed to support both body and mind.

Each class is carefully adapted to suit individual needs, with options and modifications offered throughout, making it accessible for beginners and those with more experience.

Yoga is about more than just stretching the body. A regular practice can support overall health and wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, ease tension, and improve strength, mobility, and balance.

This 6-week backs programme focuses on safe, gradual movement and simple, practical tools you can use to support your back in everyday life,  helping you feel more comfortable, capable, and in control of your own wellbeing.


All genders, ages, and abilities are welcome. This is not about touching your toes, it’s about supporting your back and moving in a way that feels right for your body.


There are two start dates:


Friday 10th April, 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Saturday 11th April, 09:30 am - 10.30 am


Choose the day that suits you, both programmes follow the same structure.

📍 33–35 West Newgate, Arbroath, DD11 1BZ

💷 £15 per person (for the event but please donate what you can).


Join us for an immersive session designed to calm the mind and relax the body. We’ll begin with a gentle guided breathwork practice to help you release tension, centre yourself, and reconnect with your breath. 


From there, you’ll be bathed in a soothing sound experience with Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and other hypnotic instruments—inviting you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.

✨ Expect to float home feeling lighter, calmer, and uplifted, while knowing you’ve supported a truly meaningful cause.


Booking is essential:

  • Build confidence as you learn a sequence you can return to at home
  • Enjoy gentle breathwork to support relaxation and ease
  •  Finish each session with guided

These experiences, led by Kelly and guest teachers, offer a chance to go beyond regular classes, creating space to explore a range of classical yoga techniques, yoga philosophy, refine postures, and ask the questions that there isn’t always time for.


A blend of learning, curiosity, and deeper practice, each session is designed to support your growth in a welcoming and supportive environment.
