If you experience stiffness, tension, or recurring back issues, this course will guide you through safe, effective yoga practices to help you move more freely and feel stronger in your body.

Join an immersive one-hour session designed to calm the mind and relax the body.
Sunday 14 June 11 am - 12pm
We begin with a gentle guided breathwork practice to help you release tension, centre yourself, and reconnect with your breath. From there, you’ll be bathed in a soothing sound experience with Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and other hypnotic instruments, inviting you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.
Expect to float home feeling lighter, calmer, and uplifted.

Escape for a few hours, an entire day, or longer and immerse yourself in an experience to remember, where your health and wellbeing take centre stage.
From yoga and mindful movement to the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other hypnotic instruments, everything is thoughtfully designed to help you rest, reset, and take some time out for yourself.
These experiences, led by Kelly and guest teachers, offer a chance to go beyond regular classes, creating space to explore a range of classical yoga techniques, yoga philosophy, refine postures, and ask the questions that there isn’t always time for.
A blend of learning, curiosity, and deeper practice, each session is designed to support your growth in a welcoming and supportive environment.
