This ‘spring cleaning’ workshop will use techniques rooted in ancient yogic tradition, that will help you to feel more balanced, fresher and energetic.
This is a light hearted, fun experience, suitable for everyone. New and existing students welcome. No experience, flexibility or fitness required.
